The depression rollercoaster is something else boy. One minute you are floating and thriving and blossoming, and the next minute you are drowning and crying in the dark, ignoring everybody’s text and calls for a whole week. Here is a poem of what goes through my mind and I am just thankful for the people that pull me out of my depression spells and help me pull myself out of them as well.
